A new report says the design and specifications of a mid-range upcoming phone from Sony called Xperia 4. Handset makers from Japanese said that the Sony Xperia 4 will be equipped with a Snapdragon 710 chipset inside. This chipset is integrated with performance capabilities and enhanced AI. Also boasts multi-core Qualcomm AI (Artificial intelligence) engine for better performance. The recent leaks about the smartphone are that it will be a 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage. The handset is powered by a 2,800mAh battery. The Xperia 4 is provided with a dual camera setup on the rear and currently no information about the handset front-facing selfie shooter.
Recent leaks about Sony Xperia 4 states it will sports a 5.7-inch display with a 2520 x 1080 pixels of resolutions and an aspect ratio of 21:9. According to the rumors, the handset will not have a headset port. The physical details explain the phone is 149.5mm, a width of 65mm, and a thickness of 9.4mm. There will be four variants available for Xperia 4 which are silver, red, purple, and black. Also the handset feature dustproof and waterproof technology.
The handset is placed on Sony’s mid-range series which includes the Sony Xperia 10 and Xperia 10 Plus that recently unveiled. The Xperia 10 and Xperia 10 Plus features the same internal storage as the Xperia 4. The Xperia 10 and Xperia 10 Plus is provided with a Snapdragon 630 & Snapdragon 636 SoCs respectively. The key highlight of Xperia 4 is Snapdragon 710 chipset. Some of the popular mobiles that sports the SD710 chipset include the Nokia 8.1 and Xiaomi Mi Max 3.
