Xiaomi Redmi 7 Launching on March 18

On March 18 the Redmi Note 7 pro will go officially in China, it was already announced by the company last week. Along with Redmi Note 7 Pro Xiaomi is launching the long term rumored Redmi 7 smartphone. Redmi president Lu Weibing has officially revealed on Monday, that the both Redmi 7 and Redmi Note 7 will be launching on March 18 in Beijing.

Considering the Redmi Note 7 Pro saw on its global debut on Feb 28 in India, we already know everything about this smartphone. The leaks and rumors about the Redmi 7 are already on the web. The key specifications and the expected price has revealed by the Redmi CEO Lei Jun some days ago.

The recent leaks state the mobile is coming with a 3.5mm headphone jack and an infrared blaster which has already in Redmi note 7 series. This handset is also coming with a large battery of 4000mAh and it was already revealed TENAA listing. Redmi CEO also confirmed that this mobile will cost 700 Yuan and 800 Yuan in China. The smartphone is coming with a polycarbonate back.  Jun also said that he expects a huge response from Redmi 7 and the company must prepare for a huge amount of stock. The company did not reveal the India launch of this mobile. Expect the handset to come soon in India.

Redmi 7 Specifications

TENAA listing has revealed the complete specifications sheet of Redmi 7 last week. The handset will feature a 6.26-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and a pixel resolution of 1520 x 720 with an aspect ratio of 19:9. On inside the handset will sports an octa-core processor with a 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The listing by TENAA also suggests that this handset will come with three variants. 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage, 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage,  2GB RAM/ 16GB storage these are the three variants of this handset. The expected colors for this mobile are red, pink, black and blue.

Looking on camera section, the handset will provide a dual camera setup on the rear and single camera for selfie shooter inside the Dot drop notch. On the rear, the handset is expected to provide a 12MP camera. The configuration for the secondary sensor on the rear is not yet revealed. On the front, it will be an 8MP selfie shooter.  The handset runs on Android Pie based on MIUI 10.
